Hello!!
First of all, I want to tell you some news; from now on I'm going to post once a month some info about a relevant/interesting theme of Nutrition (since I'm a fabulous nutritionist, I don't want to forget all I've learn and I want to share what I know). So if you have some doubts or a suggestion of a theme just leave a comment ;D.

Antes que nada, quiero contarles algunas noticias; a partir de este mes, empezaré a subir info acerca de algún tema relevante/interesante de nutrición (pues yo soy una fabulosa Nutrióloga, no quiero olvidar todo lo que he aprendido y me gustaría compartirlo con ustedes). así que si tienen algunas dudas o sugerencias de algún tema, dejen un comentario ;D.

Bueno ahora entremos en el título de este post:
I had this old big and forgotten sketchbook my mom gave me some years ago, I used it a couple of times, but the canvas was too big for me and never use it again.
One day I was cleaning my room, found it and decided to make a little sketchbook from it, I watched DIY tutorials of binding books such as:

and I loved the way it is now, is very portable ( 16cm x 13cm x 2cm), I used some bicolor paper (on side is red, and the other is green) of Eurocolors (R), covered it with trasparent contact paper, and I used staples instead of sewing it (let's hope it last long).
Tenía este antiguo y olvidado libro de sketches que mi mamá me dio hace unos años, lo usé como un par de veces, pero el tamaño era demasiado grande para mi y no lo volví a usar nunca más.
Un día mientras limpiaba mi cuarto, lo encontré y decidí convertirlo en un pequeño libro de bocetos, ví algunos video tutoriales DIY (hazlo tu mismo) de encuadernar como:

y pues amé el resultado, es muy portable (16cm x 13cm x 2cm), utilizé unas hojas bicolor (roja de un lado, verde del otro) de Eurocolors(R), lo cubrí con papel contact y cabe mencionar que emplee grapas en lugar de coser las hojas (esperemos duré mucho).
